We have discontinued this feature. If you would like to give feedback on a Britax product, we invite you to utilize the product review feature on this website.

How to write a review for your product:

  1. Select your product category
    For example, if you want to write a review for your Marathon car seat, you would click on “Car Seats” in the main menu.

  2. Select your product.
    Click on the product you have. In the case of our example, that would be the Marathon.

  3. Click the “Write A Review” button
    Find the Write a Review button next to the main product image.

  4. Select a Product to Review
    Select the version of the product that you own. Next, rate your product and write a review focusing on your experience using the product. Please share as much information as you feel comfortable with, but be sure to complete all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). The more information you provide, the more your review will be able to help another caregiver decide if this product is right for them.

  5. Submit your review
    Once you complete your product review, click the “Post Review” button at the bottom of the form. Your review will be submitted for approval and should appear on the Britax website within two business days if it meets the review guidelines.
