• Are any accessories or add-ons okay to use with the Phases stroller or Arbor infant car seat?

  Use only Britax-approved accessories and replacement parts; third-party add-ons can introduce safety risks and void the warranty.

• Can the Phases pramette mode be used for sleeping babies?

  No. The Phases pramette mode and toddler seat are not designed or approved for sleep. Only use pramette mode in accordance with its instructions, including when your child is awake, supervised, and securely harnessed, with the footrest and seatback fully extended and flat.

• Are Britax ClickTight® infant car seats compatible with the Phases stroller?

  No. The Phases stroller is designed to connect directly with the Britax Arbor infant car seat only.

• Can the Britax Arbor infant car seat connect to the Britax Phases stroller without adding adapters?

  Yes. The Phases stroller has built-in receivers. Attach the Britax Arbor infant car seat directly into the Phases’ DuoConnect™ receivers and listen for a click. Always secure the child with the car seat harness when used on the stroller. Note: The Phases stroller is designed to connect directly with the Britax Arbor infant car seat only, and the Arbor infant car seat is not compatible with other Britax strollers.

• What are the child's height and weight ranges for the Phases stroller?

  The Phases stroller is designed to fit children up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) and up to 44 in (112 cm) height.

  • Pramette mode (no car seat attached): not for sleep, but OK to use up to 20 lb (9.1 kg), as long as it is used as instructed. Be sure to use the footrest and fully extend the seatback flat and secure the harness.
  • Toddler seat mode (no car seat attached): Use only after the child has sufficient head and neck control.  
• Is the Juniper+ compact stroller small enough to go under an airplane seat or in the overhead bin?

  No. Juniper+ is a compact travel stroller, but it is not designed to be an airplane cabin stroller.

• Can I use the Juniper+ compact stroller for a newborn?

  For infants who do not yet have sufficient head and neck control, use Juniper+ only with a compatible infant car seat (adapters required; sold separately). Use the car seat rear-facing and keep baby secured in the car seat harness. Stop using infant car seat mode once your child has sufficient head/neck control and can ride in the stroller seat per the limits above.

• What’s the child fit range for the Juniper+ compact stroller seat?

  The Juniper+ toddler seat is designed for children up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) and 44.9 in (114 cm) in height. Only use the toddler seat with children who have sufficient head and neck control, and always use the harness.

• What is the difference between the Juniper+ compact stroller and the Juniper compact stroller?

  The Juniper+ compact stroller builds upon the thoughtful design of the original Juniper compact stroller with several comfort, convenience, and compatibility upgrades. While both models share the same core frame design and compact performance families love, the Juniper+ introduces several upgrades designed to make everyday outings even smoother:

  • Infant car seat compatibility with select Britax® infant car seats using adapters (sold separately), plus compatibility with select competitive models. Visit our compatibility chart for details.
  • Integrated, self-retracting carry strap for easier transport when your hands are full
  • Enhanced ventilation, including airflow through the canopy and above the backrest

• Which Britax® infant car seats are compatible with the 2023 Britax modular strollers?

  Not all Britax infant car seats are compatible with the Britax modular strollers. Refer to the Stroller Compatibility Chart for detailed information.

• Which competitive brand infant car seats are compatible with the Britax Brook/Brook+/Grove modular strollers?

  Not all competitive brand infant car seats are compatible. For more information, refer to the Stroller Compatibility Chart.

• What finish treatment is used for the water-resistant, UPF 50+ canopy on the Britax Brook™/Brook+/Grove™ modular strollers?

  The Brook/Brook+/Grove modular stroller canopies are treated with PU (polyurethane) and a NON-fluorine based acrylic finish for water resistance. This treatment meets all global testing protocols for safety and durability.

• Will the Britax Brook/Brook+/Grove modular strollers convert to double strollers?

  No, the Brook/Brook+/Grove modular strollers are single strollers only.
  

• What is the material inside the Zinnia™ bassinet?

  The Zinnia bassinet material is a poly cotton blend.

• How do I wash/clean the fabrics on my stroller?
