One4Life Slim All-In-One Car Seat: Nov 2024

The recall pertains to an error in the rear-facing lower anchor weight limit on the One4Life® Slim All-In-One Car Seat. The weight limit should be 35 pounds, not 40 pounds.

We would like to assure all caregivers using the One4Life Slim that the car seat can continue to be used safely in rear-facing mode by folllowing the correct weight limit of 35 pounds for the lower connectors. Also, ClickTight installation with the vehicle seat belt (in place of the lower connectors) is the preferred method and offers a quick, easy, and secure installation in both rear- and forward-facing positions. This method also allows you to use the seat to its full rear-facing and forward-facing weight limits for each installation direction.

If you registered your car seat, it is one of the affected One4Life Slim models, and manufactured between July 10, 2024 and July 12, 2024, we will send the remedy kit to your registered address.

If your car seat is a One4Life Slim model, and manufactured between July 10, 2024 and July 12, 2024 and you have not registered your product, please contact customer service.
